Kevin MacSweeny is a Director and Shareholder at Quintas Capital, focusing on the Managed Equity pillar of the firm. Kevin spent 15 years at Broadlake, focusing on private equity investments. During this time, he was involved in investing in more than seven platform businesses and successfully completed two exits - one to a UK plc and another to a US private equity firm.
In his role as Head of Investments at Broadlake from 2016, Kevin led acquisition strategies for the firm’s portfolio companies, helping them structure for acquisitive growth. In 2022, he led two strategic investments for Broadlake’s TTM Healthcare and played a key role in sourcing and acquiring Broadlake’s newest platform, Odyssey Social Care, a Children’s Residential Services business.
Kevin has a proven 15-year track record in Managed Equity Investments across Ireland and the UK, assisting platform businesses in sourcing and acquiring international ventures for global expansion.
As an investor and shareholder at Quintas Capital, Kevin is personally investing in equity opportunities within the Quintas Capital network of investors and is actively involved in working with businesses on their ambitious growth strategies.
